You have been re-directed to this screen to update your ParkAdmin user profile. Please ensure that your personal information displayed below is accurate and complete. Parking Services WILL NOT be responsible for any mis-directed mailings resulting from inaccurate address information. Each user is responsible for updating or verifying user profile information every 90 days while using the locker/parking services provided. Please also ensure that all vehicles that may be parked on campus and that use the same parking permit are listed and regularly updated on your account - vehicles displaying a parking permit without a vehicle association WILL be ticketed. A permit replacement fee will apply in all cases where a parking permit is mailed to a ParkAdmin permit holder address and user claims not to have received the item.

To register, please follow the registration process below.

  1. Complete the Registration Form
    Simply fill out the registration form below, review your information for accuracy, and click the Submit button.

    If you are an SMU student, Faculty or Staff, please select “SMU Member” as your “User Type”. Ensure you provide your A# and use your SMU email when it is available. We are validating accounts during regular business hours from 8:30-4pm. Your account should be validated soon and you will receive an email from us to indicate that your account is validated and ready to purchase. If you are a public user looking to purchase Community Parking Permit, please select “Public User” as your “User Type”, once you completed your registration you should be able to purchase our monthly Community Parking Permit. (Please note, Community Parking Permit was suspended as well as new Public User registration. There is no plan for when it will resume.)

  2. Receive Confirmation Instructions
    We will send you an email message with a link to activate your account and setup your password. If you have already completed Step 1 and would like us to resend the activation link, please click here .
  3. Confirm Your Registration
    Once you have received your password, you can visit the edit profile page to change your password or profile information.
