In order to apply online for Parking Permits, pay a Violation, Appeal Parking Tickets, Rent Lockers, or access an Event Risk Management form you must first sign in with your user account. 

Already have an account? Sign in using the email address you provided when you set up your OPS-COM user account. 

New user? Click ‘Create Account’ and fill out the form.

Pay your ticket? You don't have to create an account to pay your parking violation ticket, click “Lookup your Ticket” to make a guest payment.

Please Note: Your OPS-COM password is independent of any other password that you might have associated with other computer accounts.
